Frequently asked questions
Which ADR classes do you handle?
Classes 2, 3, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 8 and 9. Class 1 (explosives) and 7 (radioactive) are out of scope.
Do you have a DGSA on staff?
Yes — we retain an in-house DGSA (Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser) and all drivers carry current ADR certificates.
What is your CMR insurance ceiling?
Our CMR policy covers €500,000 to €1,200,000 per shipment depending on cargo declared value. This meets and exceeds the CMR Convention Article 23 legal liability baseline (~€1M for typical truckloads).
Do you require advance notice for ADR loads?
Yes — a UN number, class, packing group and shipper declaration must be provided at booking so we can match the right equipment and driver.
